INSTRUCTIONS

• Heating: Microwave in 30-second intervals (max 2 minutes). Shake gently to distribute heat and test temperature before use.
• Cooling: Place in a sealed plastic bag to prevent moisture. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
• Cleaning:Outer cover: Machine wash cold, dry on a delicate setting.Insert: Spot clean only.
